Luxury Apartment "Ema" with sea view & parking

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był cudowny. Były w nim wszystkie udogodnienia. Parking w garażu, winda, świetnie przystosowana kuchnia do gotowania, łazienka ze wszystkimi przyborami. Piękny widok z tarasu na morze oraz na kawałek miasta, zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy. Widok morza i dźwięk cykad . Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka . Apartament w świetnej okolicy plaży Znjan. W okolicy sklepy i większe markety w niedalekiej odległości. Pobyt tutaj był niezwykle udany i przyjemny i polecam każdemu ten apartament :)

Prostranost, udobnost, čistoća i opremljenost apartmana. Garaža veliki plus na ovim temperaturama. Komunikacija s domaćicom Emom 👌👍

A perfect stay for those of you who travel by car and don’t like the loudness of Split. The apartment is near a beach and only 5 km from the Oldtown of Split. It’s also the perfect spot if you plan to visit the beautiful area around Split. We had a 6 nights stay for our homeymoon and Ema waited for us with a cake, baloons, wine and sweets. We want to thank her for the perfect apartment with comfortable balcony and spacious rooms! we cannot wait to return!

Nothing to complain about!

The apartment was great, very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. There was a small, quiet beach nearby, with not that many people, reachable with 5 minutes walk. If you like more crowded, busier beaches there is a Znjan beach, with a few beach bars within 20 minutes walk. You can also take a bus there, it takes about 5 minutes. Bus stop is just outside the building. With the same bus line you can reach the centre of Split. The nearest shop is within 5-10 minutes walk. Ema, was an exceptional host. She met us in the apartment to explain how everything works. She told us a little bit about the city and different venues. She prepared a welcome gift for us (local cheese, ham, beer and bread). She also offered to take us to the bus station on our departure day. She was really lovely. We are a couple that stayed there for a 9 days. If you are looking for a more private place, near the sea, with a good public transport line to the center of Split, don't hesitate and book your stay at Emas place.
