Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay – we would happily come back.

We stayed here during a ski trip and were very happy with the accommodation. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, the beds were very comfortable, and the large terrace with sliding doors was a great bonus. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly, so we couldn’t enjoy the terrace fully, but it would be perfect in warmer weather. The direct lift access to the apartment was also a very convenient feature.

The only downside was not being able to adjust the room temperature, as the thermostats were locked.

What a great modern apartment. The views were amazing, and sitting out on the balcony was so peaceful and relaxing, the cleanliness of the whole apartment was exceptional. the photos we seen on booking.com are exactly how the apartment is

for a self catering apartment id have expected washing facilites for our clothes, ( even a Basin to steep them in ) we had to use the laundrette in Ora village at a cost of 20Euro, after the 3rd day we asked the Villa Groff for a change of Towels which they did give us.

Komfortable Unterkunft mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht

Schönes Apartment, mit einer tollen Aussicht. Alles sehr sauber, schöne Bäder und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Küche war ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck alles ausreichend vorhanden für vier Personen. Sehr ruhige Lage und ruhiges Wohnhaus. Freundliche, aufmerksame und reaktionsschnelle Gastgeber. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort behoben. Ich kann das Apartment nur weiter empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Eine superschöne helle Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet, (außer Garderobe) die fast keine Wünsche offen

Beim Frühstück waren wir Selbstversorger, der Bäcker und ein Supermarkt waren ca´1km entfernt. Direkt vor unserer Unterkunft war eine Bushaltestelle, der Bahnhof ca´1km entfernt, ideal für die vom Vermieter z. V. gestellten Südtirol-Card, wir konnten unser KFZ stehen lassen, alle unsere Aktivitäten waren mit Bus oder Bahn erreichbar.

Absolut nur Kleinigkeiten wie Kleiderhaken bzw. eine Garderobe.

Es waren sehr schöne erholsame Tage in einer netten Umgebung

Die Lage war ruhig und das Zentrum in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Das Loft war im dritten Stock und direkt mit Aufzug in die Wohnung erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön/groß und mit vielen Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten bestückt , sehr nett war auch die Einladung zum "Aperitivo" mit Livemusik am Freitagabend im dazugehörigen Hotel ca. 300 m von der Wohnung entfernt.

Ältere Handtücher und Badematten , sowie fehlende Geschirrteile ( nur 3 Kaffeeunterteller und eine Kuchengabel vorhanden ) könnten ersetzt/ergänzt werden

Fijn verblijf in een net en mooi appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Wij sliepen hier 6 nachten met 4 personen. Een vrij nieuw en net appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot en mooi balkon met een prachtig uitzicht. Een prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Ideaal ook dat het 2 volledige badkamers heeft en een goed functionerende airco. Gratis parkeergelegenheid. Diverse restaurants en supermarkt op loopafstand.

Skøn beliggenhed med udsigt og tæt på alt. Fantastisk stor terrasse. Alt var pænt og i orden, vi manglede ingenting. Meget hjælpsomt og venligt personale hos Hotel Villa Groff.

Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Wohnung, jederzeit gerne wieder

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, mit dem Aufzug direkt bis in die Wohnung, riesige Balkone mit Sitzgelegenheiten, zwei abgeschlossene Einheiten, also je Schlafzimmer ein Bad , für 2 Paare oder 3 Erwachsene ideal.

Da wir schon etwas älter sind, kamen wir mit den Fernsehern nicht gut zurecht, leider auch sehr wenige deutsche Sender, ist im Urlaub aber sicher nicht das wichtigste.

Alles Top modern eingerichtet. Neue grosse und helle Wohnung mit Balkon auf 2 Seiten Lift der direkt in die Wohnung führt Eigener abschliessbarer Fahrradraum Grosse Fernseher in der Stube und in den Schlafzimmer Kompetentes freundliches Personal Tolle Aussicht in einem privaten Grundstück Autoabstellplatz Sehr sauber Gute Matratze zum Schlafen. Absolute top Unterkunft die kaum zu überbieten ist.

Wenn es regnet lässt sich in einem Schlafzimmer das Fenster ( Dachluke ) nicht öffnen, ist aber logisch da es sonst reinregnen würde

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und Kritik ist eher "Klagen auf hohem Niveau" 😉

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit Lift aus der TG (incl. abschließbarem Kellerabteil) direkt ins App. Relativ zentrale Lage, Ortszentrum (mit günstigem eBike-Verleih im Tourismus-Büro!!) und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Beide Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten und jew. eigenen Badezimmern.

Sitz-/Couchgarnitur für mindestens vier Personen ist wünschenswert. Ebenso Geschirr für acht Personen, damit der Geschirrspüler nicht täglich laufen muss! Kleiderhaken in den Zimmern haben gefehlt!
