The location is outside but close to San Juan, the sea and parks. Private parking for my rental car was a bonus.
In the appartment a corner for dining and place for some "office work". Cozy decoration inside.
I like having coffee on a balcony that I missed a little bit. But I understand this place didn't have.
Since Ocean Park is a closed community sometimes you have to walk/drive around too much to get to
the only entry point.

Close to attractions, bed was comfortable, condominium security and gated community, great communication with host
The elevator was intermittently out of service. The condo is not sealed properly to maintain A/C temperature.

We liked how equipped and ready it was for us to use.
1.)We didn’t like how we didn’t get any help for the leakage more than 3 days that we had to clean our selves.
2.) We also didn’t like how we contacted the guy and asked him for the WiFi password and he referred us back to the check in message, while on the check in message they was no WiFi password. ( Not acceptable)
Overall it was a great place to stay during our stay in San Juan. Thank You
