Condo is well situated if one wants to be an easy walk to downtown, and it is fully furnished and well stocked with all the basic supplies for a short stay
Living/dining room furnishings are not comfortable for us, but we are small and don't like deep, soft sofas and chairs.
Many light fixtures had most bulbs burned out; master shower drain was blocked.
There also was an error in the booking ( between Booking.com, Evolve -the marketer for the rental condo, the owners (?) of the condo) which is in the process of being resolved.

The location was very close to the downtown. The property manager was very responsive.
The unit could have been cleaner. The towels were old and worn and the toilet paper was horrible. The gas grill on the lanai looked like it had never been cleaned.
