Walk to Beach: Sunny Seaside Condo w/ View!

The property is beautiful! The pool was also perfect. Loved the short walk to the beach. It is just perfect!

Really nothing. Everything was great!

It was a great location and only a few steps from the beach. There is a terrific balcony with a great view of the ocean and is so peaceful to sit out and relax. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there are 2 assigned parking spaces. There is plenty of space in the condo with a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and everything you need.

Loved the location, condo layout and spaciousness. The condo was clean and maintained. It had adequate cookware and kitchenware.

1. TV remote issues & Internet issues 2. Evolve Property Mgmt. is not onsite. I had issues with the televisions & internet. Initially, we thought it was the batteries but there were issues with the wi-fi as well. It stopped working on Day 2 of our stay. My son had to troubleshoot the remotes, wi-fi, streaming apps, etc. We ended up using our hotspot for wi-fi. I burned through most of 50G. Then intermittently an app would work then not. It was a hassle because we incorporated movie night into our plans. I tried to get help but Evolve, Property Mgmt. kept referring me to the local POC, but the local POC was unable to resolve the issue.

The location was perfect, right on the ocean with a couple nice views. It was relaxing at night to have the windows open and hear the waves roll in.

It was not clean. Both bathrooms were horrible. We had gotten in late and were ready for a hot shower after driving 15 hrs and I had to clean the bathrooms first. It was definitely frustrating.
