About this house rental
Live like a local with this property, only 5 miles from FSU and FAMU. You are close to everything going on in town. Super convenient. Family-friendly.
Amenities include a high-speed WiFi connection, toiletries, coffee, and 3 smart TVs (50 50" and 58").
All our furniture is brand new, and the property features a fully functioning kitchen and laundry room.
-The entire house will be only for you. We live 15 minutes away in case you need something.
-You will have two rooms with one queen bed with soft sheets and a down comforter in each bedroom.
-You will have two bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and a hair dryer.
-You will have a full kitchen. Commercial food preparation is not allowed.
-We will provide you with a key code access so that you can go in and out without any problem.

Our second stay here..wonderful again! The items I mentioned privately( for information only) to host were corrected. I had a few simple special requests this trip that Stella kindly did for me. Can’t wait to return for our next family visit.

Absolutely perfect! No other way to describe it. The home is beautifully furnished, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. There was coffee (ground and kcups) along with vanilla flavoring. We had Easter dinner there and didn’t need to buy anything other than our food. Plenty of towels, the beds were super comfortable and I wish I had that couch at home! Laundry detergent was also kindly provided, enough for two loads. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and feels safe, even arriving at night. If you sleep in the front bedroom, you may hear a car start up if you’re a light sleeper, but that didn’t affect us. One of the nicest properties I have stayed at overall. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was wonderful ! Stella was excellent at communicating. The property description was 100% accurate. The home was SPOTLESS!!! We loved our stay and would definitely stay at this property again!
