First, VRBO listed this property as an “apartment/condo”. Upon arrival it’s a Staybridge Inn! No mention of this anywhere in the listing, so it’s false advertising and a lie. Then, when we checked in we were told the third party aka VRBO/Leavetown properties triple booked and there was no room for us. We have been driving 2 days and we’re not happy!!! The Staybridge manager was very helpful. The Staybridge itself is very nice. But the false advertising and lies of Vrbo are upsetting. I am trying to get a refund for the room we were not given and the booking fee we were charged for their mess up.

Quick and clean stop on our way to the Black Hills. Space was great for our big family and the breakfast was a great touch to get us going in the morning.
