About this apartment rental

Welcome to the newly renovated SunnySite apartment! You will love it because it is right near the dunes on the long sandy beach in the quiet residence Juliana.
The bright and modern living area has WiFi, a swiveling flat screen with German TV programs, a large dining area, a sofa bed and an open kitchen with dishwasher. There are also two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom and a storage room with washing machine and integrated dryer. From the living room and a bedroom you can reach the covered terrace via three large doors. There you can enjoy the sun all day and end the evening comfortably.
Sleeping well is very important here. The master bedroom has a cozy 160 * 200cm king-size bed, the children's room has two 90 * 200cm box spring beds. All beds and the sofa bed in the living room are equipped with comfort toppers. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms let you sleep peacefully.
If you want to cater for yourself, you won't miss anything here. The open kitchen is equipped with many amenities such as a dishwasher, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, microwave with grill unit, gas stove and a fridge with freezer compartment.
Thanks to underfloor heating, there are no cold feet in the bathroom and after a long walk on the beach you can relax in the bathtub or take a short shower.

Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Strandübergang entfernt und wunderbar geeigent den Urlaubstag z.B.am Abend mit einem Picknick am Strand oder in der Strandbar ausklingen zu lassen.

Gut eingerichtet, gerade die Küche ist vollständig bestückt. Allerdings ist die Wohnung nicht so sauber, wie hier bereits beschrieben (Bad, Staubsauger). Die Terrasse, mit Blick zum großen Parkplatz, war leider durch die vielen Hinterlassenschaften der Nilgänse nicht wirklich zu nutzen. Die Vermieterin nennt das "Natur". Die Nähe zum Strand ist ein Vorteil.
