The view is nice from our room; It's worth the money. We stayed here during the 2nd month of low season when things are cheaper. You will get what you paid for. When we were in their cafe, a staff offered us some umbrellas during the rain's heavy downpour which is nice. A staff at the hallway asked us if we needed our room to be cleaned. Then, during check-out, front desk staff offers some cold drinks. Simple things, but they know what hospitality means.
The place is starting to show its age. In requires numbers of maintenance in the room, although not major in a way that it will affects your stay. For example, the floor needs more cleaning, and some parts of the faucet handle is broken. Didn't bother to report it to the front desk since it's not a big deal for me. However, if you are quite meticulous then; some part of this place might upset you. The breakfast buffet could be improved, but for the price, it's kinda Ok.

The room view is awesome. And the pool was really great. Some staff are so friendly. The security person was very helpful and the front desk one guy was really kind.
The room is not clean, and all pipe lines are visible. We have stayed for 5 days and all the days same breakfast available.
