Filthy and smoke smelling property with dated decor and diy finishing

Great views from the property and the towels were really nice, fluffy and clean!

The main bedroom and en suite stank of smoke, even the shower curtain smelt of it. In the second bedroom, one of the beds was broken. After moving it out to see if it could be fixed, we found ants crawling in it. Some kind of candy was stuck to the wall and the bed, which had attracted the ants. The other bed sheet was badly stained. In the shower room, the cold tap was loose and needed securing to the basin. The microwave was rancid and smelt of smoke or burnt coffee or something like this. The Keurig coffee maker did not work. One of the pans was all greased, cutlery was unwashed and glasses dirty. There was dust all round and dead bugs laying here and there. A cockroach ran over my feet in the morning…

It was a lovely place, great view around the building for sure, but the soap was already used or half filled in the dispenser, the coffee cup and machine were in use and there was hair in the shower area which made me feel like they didn't clean the place before letting us in. Other than this, everything else was clean and the stay was good.

I was upset to find there was no spa tub available as stated in the package, and I wasn't notified or had any information about the indoor pool and hot tub not being available till after I bought my booking.

master bathroom toilet didn’t work. went to use it and lifted lid and it was filled to the brim with water and toilet paper and hair that was not ours. contacted manager and they said to try to plunge it and it didn’t help. the master bathroom shower doesn’t drain very well at all. I also found someone’s socks and candy under the bed in the twin bed room.
