A very nice, clean, and spacious room in an excellent location—safe and tranquil. You can easily walk from here to Avenida Paulista or Parque Ibirapuera. There are many great restaurants and bakeries nearby. Communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this place to everyone and would be happy to return again.

Close to Paulista Avenue and transportation
It felt like a room in a family house, many shoes at the entrance, the kitchen full as well. There were some problems wit the delivery of the keys and the info how to get in the first day, this made the whole experience a little worse.
