Great apartment in a very pretty town.

First floor apartment, Cecile. Well equipped kitchen, easy to cook a nice meal and in a great location. Smart TV. A very friendly host helped us put our bikes in the garage. Super clean and quiet. Supermarket very close. Comfortable large bed. Big bathroom. Good sized lounge/ dining room.

Perfect place to stay when cycling the La Loire Velo

Two ACs! One in each room. Perfect for two tired hot exhausted cyclists. Right off the velo route. Safe storage place for bikes. Quiet. Grocery store and bakery right down the street. Friendly and responsive host. Well stocked kitchen.

No place to hang damp/ wet clothes to dry. Perhaps a drying rack might be good

A relaxing couple of days in Ancenis.

It was a return visit and I felt very much at home.The apartment is quiet and restful,and the decoration is very tasteful with attractive paintings and comfortable furnishing.Within a short walk all the shops,cafes and restaurants you could need are available.

It has no failings.

Lovely and centralv

Close to station and town. Newly refurbished with a large shower room. Big fridge and freezer and enough of everything to cook meals. Very central to river and shops. Good walks along the river. Friendly and helpful hosts.

The toilet is separate which is good, but it would be better if it had a small sink.

A cosy apartmen:prettily decorated ,sparkling clean and ideally situated for an enjoyable visit.

I had stayed before and really looked forward to returning.The apartment is in a great position in the centre and parking is easy on most days.The bedroom is a real cocoon,the showerroom spacious and the nights were quiet.You can walk to shops and restaurants in a few minutes,and I would especially mention the Kampouzeh creperie beside the Loire where there's a great buzz and excellent menu.The value for money at Quai St. Paul is unbeatable.I'll be back!

Fine for a one night stop over.

Excellent location right in the centre. Fine for a one night stop over. Clean and comfortable. The highlight was an evening meal at Les Deux Crus. Delicious food, simply served by very helpful staff. Excellent local wine available too and all reasonably priced.

Difficult to access the garage using the key safe. There are 3 rows of numbers and the trick is to have the code on the bottom row. Bedding and towels were basic.

Amazing apartment in a great location

The apartment was renovated to a high, modern standard, well equipped and in a location close to the town’s bars and restaurants.

Access was a faff, especially as we needed to store our bikes in the garage. I would have preferred to be texted to key box code, and have the garage key on the same key ring. However, all got sorted.

Everything was excellent: cleanliness, comfort, and value for money.

The name of the property displayed very poorly displayed, it is difficult to locate it. There is no reception, we have to get key through a digital safe key box which is not referred while booking The contact phone was correct, but it was incorrectly displayed in Booking.com.

Super nice!

The apartment was super big and beautiful. Very clean, with kitchen, big bedroom and bathroom, 2 tvs. The staff was kind and helpful. They left us park our bikes in their box.

For the check-in, our reservation (already paid with booking) was not registered in the system of the hotel, but the staff understood the mistake and gave us one of the apartment that was still available. Just wondering what could have happened if there wasn’t any room available...

Nul,il n'y en avait pas

Il ne s'agit pas d'une chambre d'hôtes comme indiqué dans la présentation mais d'un airb&b déguisé...donc une arnaque au client et au fisc.Aucun contact humain comme l'on recherche dans une vraie chambre d'hôtes,juste une boîte à clés et un malheureux sachet de thé vert à la menthe ( beurk)...quant au sifflement permanent du chauffe eau...mieux vaut ne pas avoir à rester trop longtemps dans la pièce à vivre...on deviendrait fou. Un petit rideau à la fenêtre pour préserver l'intimité dans la chambre,sans être obligé d'occulter la lumière du jour serait souhaitable,le parking d'en face a vue directe dans la chambre.Si le local était présenté pour ce qu'il est,un meublé de tourisme,il n'y aurait pas grand chose à redire,mais surtout pas comme une chambre d'hôtes,appelation mensongère

nicht so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten

Die Lage der Wohnung, die Abstellmöglichkeit der Fahrräder

Wir hatten keinen Zugang zum Garten, was man aufgrund der Bilder aber annehmen konnte. Leider gab es auch keinen Balkon/Terrasse. Das kleine Fenster im Schlafzimmer war zu einem engen Schacht gerichtet und man konnte den Himmel nicht sehen. Die Vermieterin hat uns verboten, vor dem Haus resp. auf den Parkplätzen an der Strasse zu parkieren mit der Begründung, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes dort ein Film gedreht werde. Dies war aber nicht der Fall und die Parkplätze wurden von den Anwohner genutzt (war wahrscheinlich auch der Grund warum die Gäste der Wohnung nicht parkieren durften...) Sehr enttäuschend. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir diese Wohnung nicht gebucht. Der Kühlschrank war nicht bereits vor unserer Anreise vom Vermieter eingeschaltet worden. Wir haben vorher eingekauft und die Artikel hätten sofort gekühlt werden sollen.

L’appartement était impeccable ! Bien équipé, très bien situé, avec un propriétaire attentif. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les petits gels douche, une délicate attention.

L’appartement situé à l’étage supérieur n’est pas très bien insonorisé : on entend un peu les bruits de pas et de vie, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé. J’ai également rencontré un petit souci avec la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble, que je n’ai pas réussi à verrouiller avec la clé.

Bon emplacement, fonctionnel, pratique, bien équipé avec petite cuisine avec tout le nécessaire.

On aurait apprécié un petit peu de chauffage mais on a mis des pulls.
