Top endroit propre et bien géré. Rien à dire, propriétaire pro et sympa Parking au pied de l'immeuble avec bip: très apprécié dans une ville où le stationnement est cher / payant et rare
Le gestion du chauffage à distance car il faut passer par la propriétaire pour agir sur la température mais calée à 18,5 degrés et proposition du propriétaire de monter ou descendre donc ce n'est qu'un petit irritant sans effet réel sauf sur votre autonomie. Original mais pourquoi pas dans le contexte....
