On the same level, you will find one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the terrace, as well as another bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, two induction hot plates, two gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on this level.
The upper floor houses a small office with sloping ceilings, and two more bedrooms with sloping ceilings and rooflights, each containing a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). This level also has a shower, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin. The house is equipped with electric heating.
