Ocean-View Gem w/ Private Beach in Mashpee!

Hinweis zu Handtücher wäre hilfreich gewesen. Etwas sauberer hätte es sein können. Schubladen, Grill, Fußmatten, …

The view from the main bedroom balcony was amazing! When both outside doors were open in the bedrooms, a fantastic cross current of sea breeze went through both bedrooms. They provided multiple plugged in chargers for iPhones and Apple Watches throughout the house. Plus provided multiple fans for the whole house, helped with keeping the air current flowing around the house to cool it off. The private beach is a short walk away. Very clean and not very crowded due being private for residents/rentals in the area.

Unfortunately there’s no AC in the home. So when it got hot and humid, you couldn’t escape. But like I mentioned, they provided plenty of fans and the cross breeze through the house helps.

The location and balcony overlooking the ocean. Appliances were great. Parking was easy and ample. Size of the unit was good as well.

Unit and outdoor spaces need some tlc and a good cleaning. Patios were covered in moss and overgrown bushes. Fences and outdoor furniture covered in mildew. Screen doors were torn and did not work well. Bathroom needed attention; vent fan was dirty and loud, shower rod rusty, radiator rusted. Fridge had mildew around seal. Blinds were broken. Closet door in bedroom broken. There is no a/c in unit and got very sticky inside as it was humid.

Th beach was beasutiful.

I had written to confirm that the priority was air conditioned and received a perky that it was. There was no AC ant it was way to hot. We left a day early to get some sleep someplace cool.
