Great location,this property was in a perfect location to visit Arena or Los Gigantes. Bus stop very near too, great bus service to the rest of the island. Right next to a large supermarket, which had a wide range of products at competitive prices. The Apartment was clean and well equipped, lots of pots,pans, crockery and cooking utensils. Good WiFi connection, comfy bed,great shower and plenty of hot water, the sofa was very comfortable too. Great communication from the host re where to collect keys and entry to the Apartment. Also quick answers when we had any questions. Public areas and pool area were cleaned constantly and very well maintained. Being on the 5th floor we had a great view of the pool and the Sea. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location - the beach is a 10-minute walk away, and there is a supermarket with all the necessary products at the entrance to the accomodation. We liked the closed type of building (it is unlikely that a random passerby will get inside). Excellent pool - clean, spacious, multi-level; there were no problems finding sun loungers. As for the advantages of the room itself: comfortable and large bed; everything you need is provided - kitchen and hygiene items; enough space for two people; spacious balcony on the sunny side, you can lower the curtains and relax in comfort without going outside. In general, there was a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere during our stay here. It is also worth mentioning the beautiful ocean view from the balcony.

The biggest disadvantage is the parking situation. It was crucial for us to have our own parking space (i.e., a specific space assigned to our room, or a parking lot reserved for residents of the building). Unfortunately, after each trip around the island, we had to search for a parking space in the neighborhood ourselves. Sometimes it took a long time. For example, once we returned home late in the evening. We just drove around in circles until, after about 40 or 50 minutes, someone finally vacated a spot along the sidewalk. In our opinion, it is wrong to mention in the accommodation description that you provide parking if, in fact, it is the tourist's responsibility. We feel that our expectations in this regard have been deluded. In fact, if we had known in advance, we would most likely have booked something else instead. One more problem - we saw a cockroach twice in our apartment. The first time it was near the sofa in the living room; the second time it was in the closet in the bedroom, right among our clothes. We don't know if it was the same insect. We hoped to avoid this, as previous reviews said that this problem had been solved. Overall, although the apartment had everything we needed, most of the furnishings were quite old, but in working condition. We never figured out how to unlock the washing machine door, so we had to unplug it every time, and only then the mechanism would release the lock. Once, the Wi-Fi signal disappeared, but we contacted the owner and the problem was quickly resolved.
