Beautiful peaceful location. A lovely welcome from Rachel. The cottage was clean and nicely laid out with everything we needed and surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Big and airy upstairs, but still homely and comfortable. Great base for travelling around the Broads.
One bed was very hard, but I understand that mattresses are very much a personal choice and the main bedroom was slightly noisy with pipes from main house (presumably), but these are very minor things.
