スタッフの対応が◎
ケーブルカーが少しワクワクさせてくれた。
ロケーションがとても良い。
特に料理が最高に美味しかった。
雨漏りで床が濡れているところがあり
何人か滑っていて少し危ないかと思いました。
なので強いていうなら施設の老朽化ですかね。
仕方がないところではあるのですが。

浴槽からの風景が素晴らしい。
部屋にカメ虫が４匹いた。虫を捕るガムテープが部屋にあると良い。

安いがさまざまな特典が付いておりコスパが良く感じた
サウナに入れる時間帯が短い。
ケーブルカー故障。

部屋が期待と違った（狭かった）為、追加料金覚悟で空き部屋をお尋ねしたところ快く手配くださりしかも追加料金なしでした。感動しました。フロントスタッフのお心遣いに大変感動しました。また、菰野茶屋？のスタッフの女性が日本人はもちろん、中国人？の方も大変丁寧且つ親切で親身になってご対応くださり、おもてなしを多分に感じる素晴らしい接客でした。
上記の通り素晴らしい接客とは対照的に、下記が以前と比べて劣後しておりとても残念でした。
・温泉がひとつになってしまった
・ゴンドラが一基しか使えなかった
・朝バイキングの種類が減って選択肢が限られていた
