The property is well maintained and the other tenants were pleasant. We enjoyed the property, sitting out on the patio downstairs enjoying the weather. The apartment was clean and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. I will definitely rebook this property next time I’m in Hot Springs.

Excellent condo for the money, everything was newly renovated, place was clean and modernized. Although it was in a great location, it was still very quiet at night, no city noises. I'd recommend bringing some DVDs, in case the wifi is out, or, you can play pool, Jenga, or ping pong in the rec room downstairs.Overall an excellent value for the money, I'd definitely stay here again!!
