This beautiful single-storey flat, located on the ground floor of a house just a 2-minute walk from the sea and a few steps from the shops, promises you a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

-Bright living room: Air-conditioned with a fitted American-style kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, 3 gas hobs + 1 electric hob, built-in oven, extractor hood).
-Master bedroom: 160 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with WC, TV.
-Bedroom 2: Sofa bed with storage.
-Additional shower room and separate WC.
-Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside:
-Sunny, well-fenced 85m² tree-lined courtyard with built-in barbecue and garden furniture for enjoying meals outdoors.
-Outdoor shower for added comfort after a day at the beach.
Additional facilities:
-American fridge with ice cube maker, flat-screen TV, Nespresso machine, electric coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, etc.
-Reversible air conditioning in the living room/kitchen.
-Wi-Fi included.
-Free parking on Mistral Street, in front of the entrance gate.
-Small pet accepted (€20 extra/week - maximum 2 on request)
