The accommodation consists of the first and second floors of a house located on the second line on Avenue Saint Maurice in Palavas. The house benefits from a magnificent sea view and 50 m access to the beach. This beach is not very busy, even in the middle of summer, because parking spaces are rare on this avenue. There is parking for one car in the courtyard of the house with charger for electric cars.
The house has just been completely renovated in a “seaside vacation” spirit.
The upper floor includes a large living space with a living room and an open-plan kitchen opening onto a large 32m2 terrace with a clear view of the sea. The lower floor includes 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed.

The village of Palavas is located 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. Several local shops are within walking distance. The airport is located 15 minutes away by car. Montpellier Sud de France train station is located 20 minutes by car. The Golf de la Grande Motte is located 15 minutes by car.
