Unit Layout
The apartment called "Panoramico" is a 4-room apartment spanning 100 square meters on the 1st floor, suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. It features a living/dining room with a dining table, cable TV, hi-fi system, DVD player, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living room leads out to a balcony. There are three bedrooms: one with a french bed (150 cm), shower/WC, and access to a balcony; another with a french bed and a balcony exit; and the third room has a sofabed (length 180 cm), a pull-out bed (length 180 cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (not included). The kitchen also has access to a balcony. There is an additional bath/WC. The apartment features electric heating and underfloor heating, although heating is not available in all rooms. It has two balconies with balcony furniture and two deck chairs.
