Muito perto da praia e um valor consideravelmente acessível para a região. Muito bem organizado. Prédio possui elevador.
O banheiro é muito pequeno, mal cabe uma pessoa confortavelmente dentro do box.

Localização excelente, próximo à praia, restaurantes, supermercado e padarias.
Sem interfone, porta só fecha à chave e apenas uma cópia da chave. Quando a hospedagem é para mais de uma pessoa, fica complicada a utilização de apenas uma chave.

O apartamento cumpre o q promete, fui muito bem atendido pelos anfitriões.
O prédio esta em um estado de conservação muito ruim. Teve falta de luz e as escadarias nao tem as luzes de emergencia funcionando. O elevador tb ficou com problemas uma manha inteira. A garagem nao é feita para caminhonetes, tive q deixar na rua.

localização excelente, duas quadras da praia! apartamento limpo e bem equipado
tive que buscar as chaves num local completamente fora de mão e longe da acomodação! uma caminhada de mais de 20 min. para quem vem no aeroporto ou rodoviária ok, é so fazer uma parada antes. mas pra quem chega antes do horário do check in e precisa aguardar a liberação do quarto. andar 2km com malas não é viável. não voltaria a reservar o flat por esse detalhe. ps: anfitrião apenas disse (AQUI NOS SOMOS ASSIM)
