Great place to spend time in Kühlungsborn

It was our second stay in this place, and once again we enjoyed it. Place has all necessary equipment for the comfortable stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained. Host was very helpful nd friendly and check-in/out was extremely easy. Apartments are located close to the beach, restaurants and local shop.

Parking is a bit tight and might be a bit difficult to maneuver, but this is minor

Unsauberkeit - Löcher im Bettlaken - Geschirr teilweise schmutzig - Toaster verrostet - sehr laut, da genau Fenster zur Straßenseite - Waschbecken zu klein - keine Ablage - Steckdose nur im Spiegelschrank (sehr unpraktisch)

Lage mit 5 min zum Strand perfekt. Ausstattung und Dekoration des Zimmer sehr sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Nicht gefallen ·

Mückennetz vor wenigstens einem Fenster sollte angebracht werden! Schlüsselabholung und -abgabe im Dorf neben an hat uns nicht gefallen, da es einen Umweg und mehr Zeitaufwand bedeutet.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung für einen Ostseeurlaub mit 5 Minuten Weg zu Promenade und Einkaufsmögli

Sehr geräumige, gut ausgestattete und gemütliche Wohnung in naher Strandlage.

Bad hätte etwas sauberer sein können, vorallem Ecke neben der schönen Badewanne und unter dem Waschbeckenunterschrank.

Schon unser zweiter Aufenthalt und bestimmt nicht der Letze

Die Lage ist klasse,die Küche hat alles was man braucht und die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen wirklich groß genug und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Matratze ist für das Bett leider zu breit und eine Person schläft leider in etwas Schräglage. Ein leistungsstärkerer Staubsauger wäre auch empfehlenswert, da ja doch einiges an Sand reingetragen wird

Aufgrund des ständigen Geräuschpegels war unser Urlaub nur bedingt gelungen.

Lage der Unterkunft mit Nähe zum Strand

Die untere Ferienwohnung war mehr als hellhörig, bei der Familie über uns hörte man jeden Schritt und das bis tief in die Nacht, ließen sie etwas fallen, erschreckten wir uns aufgrund des lauten Knalls, man sollte über eine Schrittschalldämmung unbedingt nachdenken, vor dem Badfenster stand draußen ein Stuhl, wahrscheinlich zum Rauchen, jedesmal, wenn wir lüften wollten , roch es dann nach Rauch, unangenehm , so dicht sollte kein Stuhl für andere Gäste vor einem fremden Fenster stehen, im Bad war der Spiegelschrank nicht gut geputzt, die Glasablage innen war mit Rändern versehen und kleinen Haaren, unter dem Bett waren Staubflocken
