About this villa rental
Outstanding villa with separate guesthouse build on 700 sqm land. The main villa have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms where 1bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The guesthouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The main villa has fully equipped European kitchen with bar solution, spacious nice living room, smart TV with more than 10.000 channels, big private garden with a beautiful outdoor seating/dining area with roof fan. A 35 sqm sala with 9" professional Brunswick pool table, Sonos, outdoor fridge and bar table with 4 chairs. 3 wall mounted fan in the sala. All 5 bedroom have roof fan and air-conditioner. An outstanding 22-meter long pool with a bridge, seating area in one end of the pool and children pool at the other end. Nice outdoor shower. All bedroom and living room have air-conditioner. Free wifi/high-speed internet (fibre) on the whole property. Private parking for 1-2 car at the property and 2-3 cars outside the Washing machine. The villa was finished in November 2018.

Orchid Paradise Homes have a common area at Orchid 1 with restaurant/bar, common pool area with pool section for children and pool table. There is 24 hours security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes are 5km from Hua Hin city.

Fantastic Villa which served all of our needs. Villa was clean and tidy upon arrival and as the pictures show. The location was fantastic. About 15-20 minutes from the centre by taxi. We used Grab and they arrived within 5-10 minutes and were about 110 baht for 4 persons each way. Small shop, bar and ice cream parlour within walking distance with a few decent restaurants too (Daddy’s being one)All beds were comfy and the villa was well appointed. Could do with a few plastic cups etc to use around the pool though. Pool was fantastic and kept everyone cool during the hot weather. The host was fantastic and answered any queries quickly and efficiently. The only negative was we didn’t realise that Electric and water use was not included in the price and couldn’t see this mentioned on the listing. This worked out at about 500 to 600 baht a day for us. They do offer a 1000 baht a day for unlimited use. Would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Questions prior to booking were answered within minutes. Booking was smooth. Payment service efficient.
Arriving at the Villa was easy and not hard to find. 2 security guard gates. Nice western style development. The Villa at first sight does not disappoint. Pool is great. The guest house perfect for a family with a couple kids. The main house also perfect for a bigger family with 3 decent size bedrooms. Rooms were very clean and stylish. Just a bit of a mess from and air con unit on a single pillow case otherwise the whole house was very well kept and well taken care of. Kitchen well stocked with what you would expect in a house. Outdoor charcoal grill but no gas BBQ. Out door electric griddle which is nice in the morning when cooking for a couple hungry families.
Lounge area outside and the pool table is a nice touch. Excellent for relaxing and watching the kids swim.
It is a corner lot and appears to be one of the biggest in the development.
Geir and his partner Fon were amazing hosts and extremely accommodating!
We will be back to this Villa in the future 100%!
