Location,
friendliness of the staff: they waited for us when we were late to arrive,
general level of cleanliness and safety and level of noise
Hair drier was not available on premise although one was provided when asked,
towels and bed sheets were a bit worn out although clean and fresh ,
there could have been a mosquito net . . lots of bugs and mosquitos entered the room when balcony door was opened during late afternoon and evening
