About this house rental
3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen and living room it is very spacious with 1750sqft of living space. Very nice neighborhood quiet and peaceful. But quickly can get to any restaurant or party within 5 to 8 min Uber ride basically anywhere, including Jazz Festival and Superdome. Located right in the middle of New Orleans. Walking distance to the trolley that can take you anywhere you desire to go in New Orleans!!!

Stayed here for a week with 5 adults; communication was great however this is an owner occupied house. The rental unit is the ground floor and there was quite a bit of noise from the second floor - including walking around, conversations and more which can be unpleasant at times. We were provided with 1 roll of paper towel and an existing toilet paper roll in each bathroom. While the property owner offered more, it seems obvious more would be needed and shouldn't have to ask. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is less than 10 minutes drive from Tulane and Magazine Street.

Everything was awesome and we definitely enjoyed our stay. This place was the best out every where else we stayed in New Orleans! No complaints! Micheal is a wonderful host.
