About this apartment rental
Our apartment is only 3 kilometers from the center of Berchtesgaden and is still in a fantastic panoramic position at 750 meters. The house is located in a listed ensemble next to the famous Baroque pilgrimage church (well-known postcard idyll). From the bedroom, from the living room and from the terrace you can enjoy the great unobstructed view of the Watzmann. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. A restaurant with good home cooking is in the immediate vicinity. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Our 87 sqm apartment was completely renovated / refurbished in 2019 and equipped with high quality furniture. Our house is a non-smoking house and no pets are allowed. A free parking lot is available in front of our house.
In our 87 sqm apartment you can use WiFi in all rooms free of charge.
All rooms have underfloor heating.
Our apartment has a large anteroom / hallway with a seating area, a bathroom with shower / toilet, an additional toilet with window, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and seating, a large living room (27 sqm) with a couch (can become one if required Fold out bed) with two upholstered armchairs and satellite TV with a large screen, a dining table with chairs in the living room, a bedroom (22 sqm) with a double bed and additional satellite TV, a room with a washing machine and dryer for free use with storage space for example Skis and bicycles.
If required, there is a separate room with sleeping facilities for children with an additional travel cot.
There is a furnished terrace on the south side with direct access from the bedroom for single use.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete, geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit unvergleichlichem Ausblick auf den Watzmann, sehr nette Vermieter, nebenann eine praktische Essensmöglichkeit in der Gaststätte - wir waren von der ersten Minute an im Urlaub.

Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum! Großzügig von ihrer Wohnfläche und von ihrer Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts! Dazu kommt der Blick auf die Watzmann-Gruppe und auf die aus der Werbung bekannte Kapelle Maria Gern. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Unser nächster Urlaub ist schon gebucht!

Wir waren sehr angetan von der großzügigen, neu renovierten Wohnung in einem historischen Schulhaus neben der bekannten Wallfahrtskirche Maria Gern.
Die Küche war so perfekt ausgestattet wie wir das noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt haben. Wer gerne kocht, ist hier bestens bedient.
Das W-Lan ist schnell genug um auch Netflixfilme ruckelfrei anzuschauen.
Außergewöhnlich war auch die Gastfreundschaft unserer Vermieter. Sie gaben uns nicht nur Tipps, sondern luden uns auch zu einer gemeinsamen Radrundfahrt um den Untersberg ein. Ja, unser Gastgeber chauffierte uns sogar zu den Ausgangs- bzw. Endpunkten einer Wanderung und einer Radtour.
Gerne wieder einmal!
