L'appartamento si trova in una tranquilla stradina a pochi passi da Viale Roma che conduce al mare. È situato al piano rialzato di una palazzina a tre piani. L'abitazione è stata recentemente ristrutturata non tralasciando alcun dettaglio di confort ed eleganza. I colori delle pareti: tortora ed azzurro richiamano i colori del mare e della sabbia, i piatti ed i bicchieri sono azzurri e l'appartamento è disseminato di 'richiami' marini sia nelle abat jour della camera matrimoniale che sulle pareti. Le tapparelle sono elettriche e l'illuminazione è studiata in modo da poter scegliere quanto e dove illuminare. I due bagni sono eleganti e confortevoli ed anche il più piccolo ha una doccia molto spaziosa. I titolari sono estremamente disponibili ed attenti al benessere dell'ospite. Quale ulteriore 'benefit' è presente un box per l'auto. I balconi che circondano l'abitazione permettono di pranzare fuori nella bella stagione. Questo appartamento rappresenta un ottimo esempio di appartamento 'marino'.
