BF was good and like the cocktail prepared by bartender Mithun.
Lift was not working properly and causing discomfort to the guests.

Hotel employees were very good, helpful and courteous. Special mention about Suchit (GM), Ayan & Barnali from F&B and Gautam from F. O.
Breakfast was very basic. There was not much choice. In comparison to roof tariff , doesn’t mean value for money. There is only one bath towel. No hand and face towel. No body lotion. There is seepage in room. There is no iron board at room.
