The villa spans two levels. The entrance leads to a spacious living room that connects to the pergola, which opens to a formal dining area, both areas offering captivating sea views. The decor reflects a blend of comfort and elegance, featuring white and wooden furniture in harmony with the Cycladic architecture.
The 7 beautifully furnished bedrooms of the villa (all with ensuite bathrooms) are spread across the entire width of the villa. Three are located on the ground floor with direct pool access, and four of them are on the upper level, offering fantastic sea views. The villa's layout ensures absolute privacy, as all bedrooms are situated away from the main living area. All rooms exude a summer vibe and are equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay including air conditioning, large safe boxes, satellite TV, Sonos sound system with Bose speakers.
There is a large open air living area in front of the spacious swimming pool. A basketball court and table tennis will keep the guests busy until the early hours of the evening while the Sonos speakers provide a festive tone throughout the property.
The large swimming pool is equipped with an infinity-edge and you can watch the sunrise over the Aegean Sea from the heated jacuzzi in a stone cave. Its shaded pergolas are the perfect spaces for outdoor dining or moments of repose while enjoying the stunning vista.

We spent my memorable 30th birthday with family and some good friends in this incredible villa. We felt like we stayed into our own house. Upon arrival, all fridges were already full of our favourite food and drinks, exactly as ordered. The panoramic sea views from the pool, dining table and bedrooms were well worth the extra euros. Location was perfect, walking distance to an amazing sandy beach and restaurants. All rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean in genuine Myconian style. Theo was an incredible host and a miracle man. He booked for us at short notice a superb private chef, delicious birthday cake, a VIP table at Alemagou, front row Cabanas at Spilia beach nearby and a chopper ride that got us for a 3-hour tour of Santorini and back. The caretaker washed and ironed 3 large suitcases of clothes with a smile. The in-house staff was extraordinarily friendly and always glad to assist. My girlfriend played music at the Villa's multi-speakers all night long with no problems whatsoever. They even allowed us for an 11 o'clock at night late checkout for free ! Wow ! This is what I call astonishing level of service ! I've never experienced so much hospitality, kindness and generosity from a host in my life. Our stay was absolutely magical. From the location to the comfort of the house decor and most importantly the amazing personnel that took care of every single need of us, words cannot describe how wonderful it was. None of us wanted to leave ! We will certainly be back !!!!!

Honestly, this was the best holiday rental experience I've ever had. The island, the beach, the sea views, the pool, the jacuzzi, the open deck - all just as amazing as the photos show. But the house itself ? Even better in person. It's huge, tastefully decorated, super clean, beautifully kept and had everything we could ever need - tons of space, a great kitchen, many fridges and shocking sea views from every bedroom. The outdoor setup with the spacious pool, jacuzzi and pool deck was perfect for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing in complete privacy. But what really blew me away was the level of service. I have never experienced such helpful on-site staff. Theo, the host, was insanely responsive. I got almost instant replies to all my questions. For example, I asked for swimming aids for my 2 children, I had them in 5'. I wanted a 6 organic egg omelette with strawberries, chevre cheese and gluten-free bread for breakfast, it was immediately arranged and prepared by the care taker. A 2008 Dom Perignon and sugar-free chocolate cake, done. Thai massage for the entire family (all at the same time) by the pool no problem. Night swimming down at Kalo Livadi beach with fire and music arranged. Grilled octopus same day fished by the Villa's gardener and cooked in-house done. You can't get this level of service at a 5* Hotel. All this in perfect privacy with no neighbors or other guests to worry about. This place is truly special, the whole team amazing, couldn't have asked for more!

The villa is sublime & stunningly beautiful, built on a hill right above the awesome Kalo Livadi beach & surrounded by private gardens. Each & every spacious bedroom had mesmerising sea views. We could clearly see Paros & Naxos as well as an impressive sunrise from our kingsize bed. The huge steaming hot open jacuzzi was our favourite family get together. The private pool was big & bean shaped with large comfortable sun beds. We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday on a large shaded outdoor table with delicious burgers grilled by the house keeper at the BBQ and then went on zipping cocktails & smoking cigars on the open bar till the early hours. The sound system covered the entire villa & my children played their favourite spotify playlists all night long. It's good that there are no neighbours. The fridges were already fully stocked upon our arrival with local produce, fresh fruits & drinks. The house keeper prepared our breakfast exactly as ordered, did our laundry, kept the villa super-clean and gave us beach chairs & an umbrella that we took to the nearby secluded beach of Loulos where we had a lovely afternoon swim all in private. In the evening, we watched free netflix & played Nintendo on a 75" tv and I caught up with some office work on my bedroom's 38'' ultrawide Mac Mini with fast internet. The host is wonderful & always available. He knows everybody in the island, booked taxis, best tables & protected us from tourist ripoffs. A special exquisite unique experience !!!

Exceeded my expectations in every way. The property is perfect with incredible views and outdoor living areas. Rooms are clean comfortable with loads of storage so you can unpack and feel at home. The living areas are large and comfortable. The host, Theo was so helpful in booking everything we requested (recommend dinner and massages at the house) The staff were on top of everything. Pool, Spa, Rooms and kitchen were kept immaculate. The island has so much to offer. Shopping Catamarans, Night life, baking classes. We did it all! The entire family said it was a trip of a lifetime.
