About this house rental
Las Mañanitas is a perfect vacation villa for a family/group up to 12 people. The house is located in a 21 hectare beachfront private property just 2 minutes away from the Playa Naranjo ferry dock in the Peninsula of Nicoya. It has beautiful panoramic views of the Golfo de Nicoya and its islands.
The house offers a relaxing and spacious environment where you can rest on the hammocks located along its corridors or just relax by the beautiful pool admiring the ocean. It has a large living room that can accomodate many people, a big "rancho" next to the pool with an equipped bbq, and a large dining area with ocean view perfect for having your family or group all together.
The nearest town is Cabo Blanco which is 5 minutes away where you can find small grocery stores for your basic needs. The town of Jicaral is 15 minutes away where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware stores and the nearest gas station.
This 7500 square foot house has 4 bedrooms that include two double beds, flat screen tvs, and private bathroom each, all with air conditioning and blackouts.
It has a fully equipped newly renovated kitchen which opens to a beautiful dining hall overlooking the pool.

La propiedad está en excelentes condiciones, la casa muy acogedora, con muchos espacios abiertos, la piscina y la casa muy limpias.
La comunicación con María José, la dueña, fue fluida, siempre respondió a nuestras inquietudes.
La señora Nidia, quien es la encargada de cuidar el lugar, excelente, siempre dispuesta a ayudar, muy amable y cocina delicioso.
Recomiendo este lugar para vacacional.

Large Property that is close to ferry, but not so close to attractions. House is large and and has three separate bedrooms with adjoining bath rooms, but all were dated and could use an upgrade. The Host was very responsive and helpful and the onsite caretaker (Nidia) was great, even though we needed a translator app to communicate (she does cook a good breakfast, but this is negotiated separately).
The photos do not show the kitchen, since there really isn't one for full time use. It is an industrial sized kitchen located between the rental unit and the caretakers place, which is locked at night and we did not have a key, so having a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise did not happen as planned.
Also, we were looking for a place that was private and this place is NOT it, since the caretaker's residents is next door (almost attached) and directly overlooking to the pool, there was no privacy outside. We also did not get direct access for the gate, so we had to rely on the caretaker to let us in and out, or message the host for assistance, which was quickly addressed. The gate key to access the beach is not provided, so you will need to request this from the caretaker.
The property does have a group of monkeys and other wildlife that can be seen, but not as much as other locations. The property is almost like a small ranch with horses, cows, chickens, etc. on the property, along with a dog kennel that was located behind the bedrooms with occasional barking.
This property would be good for a large event, but was not ideal for a private family get away that we were expecting.
