    The place is nice and clean, very accessible location.

    First, the room is infested with ants. All over the wall behind the desk and the cart where the cups are kept. I ordered food and had to throw it away because the ants were all over it in a matter of minutes. Second, there were only moments of warm water. The rest of the time the water was COLD! Cold showers almost all the time. The water pressure was low and the holder for the shower head is broken so you had to either hold the shower in your hand or put it in the broken holder and let it spray straight down. Third, the air conditioner filter was clogged so badly, it caused water to leak out all over the floor. The leak stopped after I cleaned the filters. We tried informing the front desk about the air conditioner, but the person they sent had no clue how to stop it from leaking. Lastly a really annoying thing... They sell 1L bottles of water at the front desk for 60 pesos each. The exact same brand and size can be purchased at the sari-sari store across the street for 20 pesos each. I understand wanting to make a profit, but 3x the normal price is just a total disregard for your customers.
