The home is very cozy. The home is large enough to give everyone privacy. No type of events can be held at this property. Guests are not allowed to have class reunions, family reunions, weddings, receptions, large gatherings before or after funerals, etc.).
Property has 16 camera surveillance (14 on the exterior perimeter and 2 inside). One inside camera is located in the family room and one camera is located in the sunroom. There isn’t a camera in the bedrooms and bathrooms. No large dogs allowed. Small dog(s) must be in kennel .
