About this house rental
"Casa Magica" is a lovingly, authentically restored old house in the historic old town of the picturesque fishing town of Olhão in the Eastern Algarve. On a spacious 110 m² living space plus 47 m² roof terraces, up to 4 people can feel comfortable in the middle of Portuguese life. Subtle luxury with the magical colors of the south can be found everywhere in the house and creates a unique, romantic atmosphere.
Contemporary comfort is harmoniously combined with the traditional. You don't have to do without a dishwasher, washing machine and iron.
The two cozy bedrooms on the first (double bed 140x190) and second floor (double bed 160x200) have interestingly designed enSuite bathrooms.
There is another toilet on the ground floor. There is also a living room, dining room and kitchen, which merge and offer plenty of space. There you will quickly find your favorite place - with a book in the armchairs, on the sofa in front of the flat-screen TV or in the winter months in front of the crackling open fire. Free high-speed internet access is just as natural as air conditioning.
The highlights outside are two beautiful roof terraces with olive trees and flowers. The first cuddly, surrounded by 3 walls. The second, up a flight of stairs, with a great panoramic view with lots of local color over the Moorish, cubic Olhão to the sea ... BBQ, sun loungers, pergola and dining area ... Sunset with a good glass of wine included.
Thanks to the various heating options, the "Casa Magica" is also perfectly suitable for wintering.
The location of the "Casa Magica" is excellent. Very quietly located in a small side street, and yet it is only a few steps to the famous market halls directly by the sea and to the ferries that take you to the kilometers of beaches of the offshore islands in the nature reserve "Ria Formosa", the absolute insider tip of the Algarve bring. Those who love to run will find undisturbed spots, restaurants, bars, shops, sights such as the church tower, and shopping options in many variations are also within walking distance.

We had a very nice stay at Casa Magica! Peter our host greeted us upon arrival, was very friendly and gave us good tips for the week. The house is perfect for 4 people, it is close to all services and the kitchen is very well equiped. There is a beautiful market on satuday mornings along the waterside. We warmly recomend the place !!!

Great and worm Welcome by Peter and G.( don’t want to spell it, i would ruin it). They explained everything and made great suggestions for our stay.
The house is amazing, clean comfortable and very original.
Perfect location in the old Olaho, a few minutes walk from all services, restaurants and supermarket. We loved the two balconys, so cozy!
Peter even came back the day we left to meet with us and say goodbye. Just perfect!

We loved staying in Casa Magica. It’s close to the waterfront and market, with two terraces, a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and gracious owners. Obligado!

Great hosts, seamless communication, lovely home. Great jumping off point for many day excursions. House is very well equipped and convenient to all shopping. Highly recommended.
