Only few steps from Archeological Museum and main spots of historical center. Fully renovated, furnished with all comforts.
If you wish to spent a holiday or part of the year in South Italy, in a beautiful and warm city like Naples, experiencing all its amazing and unique archaeological and cultural sites I rent a charming and unique apartment in Materdei (Naples - Italy), 2th floor with a wide and bright terrace. The apartment has one living room and a large bedroom (+ kitchen + bathroom).
Guests have access to the whole apartment.
Towels and bedding are provided, as well as free WiFi.
The area in the neighborhood of the apartment is very interesting, both as concerning its artistic and cultural point of view, as well as the shopping and free time. Everything is at hand and can be reached with an easy walk.
The neighborhood is not jet exploited by mass tourism, staying here you will have the opportunity to enjoy the real essence of the Neapolitan character.
Let's experience Napoli as it is.
- 200 meters distance from Toledo metro station
- 15 minutes to central station (by metro)
- 325 minutes to airport (by bus)
- 3 metro stops from the port (ferries to Capri, Ischia, Procida)
If you arrive by car, there is a private parking at 250 meters from the apartment. The average price per day is 25 €, but special offers are also available. Upon request I can reserve a place for your car.

Comfortable apartment and friendly people all around. The apartment had plenty of room for the two of us and loved living in the middle of a neighborhood. Children’s laughter, short snips of dogs barking, and adult conversations made us feel welcome and at home. Excellent location for walking and public transit. Thank you, Vito, for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city!
