Don’t hesitate! Book it!

Absolute perfect place to stay for a few days to totally relax and enjoy the peace and quiet! It is Glamping at its best! The tents are better than a hotel room, so comfortable. Gorgeous pool! Breakfast was included in our stay and everyday they served diff options to chose from. We booked 2 nights and kept extending it was that nice!! Definitely pay a little more and go for the deluxe room!

Nice glamping but unfriendly customer service

The concept of glamping at the beach is amazing! The landscaping, the tents and the infinity pool are beautiful. The staff are nice. I experienced a relaxing holiday feeling when I stayed there.

The customer service was not customer friendly. I booked this place via the app. I had tried 3 times and only the third time succeeded. But I found out that there were two booking confirmations being made. I contacted the glamping and the booking.com directly but nothing changed. When I checked in, I got an unfriendly ‘ultimatum’ from the glamping that when there’s no news from booking.com by 23:00 that day, I had to pay all the 2 reservations! Finally it’s solved, after I and my other half contacted all the parties. And the glamping had labeled the other reservation as a no show and didn’t charge anything for it. So at the end it’s solved. But it’s a shame that the glamping had to give the unfriendly ultimatum to me as the customer, while they’re able to solve the problem in a nice way. To give another example how the customer service was not at its best, I asked if I could practice yoga. I got an answer that it’d be charged whether I did yoga with or without instructor with a minimum of 5 persons. But then the Housekeeping told me that I could do yoga by myself free of charge. The Housekeeping was so kind to lend me the yoga mat and delivered it to my tent. This is a friendly way to treat a customer! The opposite of how the Customer Service did to me. This is the first time I visited this place. If I hadn’t experienced this unfriendly customer service I would give this place a 10, instead of a 6.

A nice break from crowds

We love the stay as we have a very good variety of breakfast options, good location right in front of the beach and less crowded.

The room was not very sound proof, so we hear the neighbor with kids yelling. Also we indicate that we are traveling for honeymoon however they allocate us at the room between 2 families with babies and next to the kids playground while we observe several rooms in other location are still vacant.

Beautiful place to unwind and enjoy a break

What a beautiful experience. Loved everything about this place . We went for a friend's wedding and we weren't disappointed. The tent was comfy , actually one of the most comfortable beds and pillows we have ever had ,and we have travelled heaps . The staff was exceptional,so friendly and accommodating. Taxi rides out of the resort and back were organised through the front desk , ( they only use local drivers and there is never a shortage). The infinity pool is stunning particularly at sunset ,and the restaurant was good too . The only thing I would add is to maybe have a list of businesses that could offer hair and makeup services for guests looking at glamming up for a wedding. There is beach access too . Highly recommended for a romantic or rejuvenation short break .

High level of paradise

Well, it's a dream. The pool side give you just a sensation of floating over the see. Everything is beautiful and also the staff was funny with me and really wanted to make me feel like in a paradise. Good job ! Also the gym is very small but good enough to workout well.

Maybe the music, because it lounge but sometimes more like "party" than" relaxed lounge", but the sound is not loud so it's all right. Also there was not à a buffet for the breakfirst, but I understand because it is not the high season and it's good to not waste food.

Relaxed, comfortable, beautiful.

The surroundings were beautiful, the staff were some of the most welcoming and friendly we’ve ever had, the pool area was amazing, the tents were comfortable and well kept. Plenty of facilities and activities on offer, would recommend the cooking class and the massages.

We had one issue with a very loud gecko on the roof of our tent that kept us up through night, but we were given a free room upgrade as compensation which was appreciated.

incredibly beautiful and it felt like home.

We had to approach the staff every time we wanted to see the menu, we wanted to order drinks, food etc. We were invisible until we approached the staff. Also, couples should be aware of that the site attracts many families with small children. It was not as peaceful as one could think.

Glamping at its finest

- nice pool and lots of bean bags surrounding the pool - On-site massage is great and is a decent price point - Breakfast is decent and lots of options - Booked deluxe tent which was perfect for a couple. Not much privacy for the toilet due to tent style glamping 😂 - Bottled water provided - No online taxi are allowed onsite

Feels like you are in a Party Hotel/Hostel... After a journey of 20hours the only thing you want is to relax and come down. What you get is a party straight next to you. Since the Hotel is based on Celebrations (Weddings, Birthdays, etc...) expect that you won't have a quiet night until 1a.m. or longer... It was super loud. The Glamping/bed was literaly vibrating from the Music they played. We left the next day... If you just come to stay over but aren't part of the Party or Celebration - rethink it.

It was clean and the tents looked nice. The location with the sunsets were really beautiful.

We had asked for gluten free options and this in advance when booking. We get there and no one knows what gluten free means. The beds were really bad. I couldn't sleep there. Beds too soft. They forced us to use their transport. They have given instructions to the entire neighborhood there that no one is allowed on their property. They threatened our taxi driver bad and drove after him until he was gone and couldn't take us. They left us with 2 kids and suitcases. Only because we did not want to use their transport out of principle. We wanted to give the local population a chance and not those fraudsters. They were also aggressive towards us because we didn't want to use their transportation. I really think it's a bad thing that they treat their guests like that.

Host does not allow transportations from other providers. Food hygiene can be improved to as there was a dead fly on my corns.

Exceptional

I stayed there during my girlfriends birthdy and they made it a beautiful day by writing a birthday card and birthday whishes using palm leafes and preparing a beautiful dinner in their garden with a stunning view.

The quality of food could be more advanced looking at their pricing and standard. For example the fish was cooked way too long.

the staff were amazing and friendly.

when I checked in, there was an issue with the room especially bedsheet and blanket cover so dirty with few brown spots then the next day I told the front office to checked my room to changed the bedsheet and the blanket cover, they did it very quick and I was so happy for the fast respond and their management.

the trip to go there was not pleasant as the road was blocked for the ceremony then we have to do detour to get to the resort. it was a nightmare as we arrived very late around 9pm.
