Nestled along the bank of the Assateague Bay and overlooking the wild salt marshes of Assateague and Morris Islands is where you will find this Contemporary, Ranch home that sleeps up to 10 guests, and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Private dock and pier for fishing, kayaking, boating, crabbing, and swimming is where you are sure to spend many memorable moments together. Morning Song also offers screened porch, two-level open deck area, widow's walk, 2 wood burning fireplaces, fully stocked kitchen including dishwasher, central heat & air, washer/dryer, ramp access, outside shower, internet, and Cable TV. The open floor plan features bedroom suites on all sides making Morning Song the perfect place to spend your summer vacation. There are two master bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own bathroom, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, library with a fold out double double bed and a foldout single bed. The library and children's room share a bathroom. We invite you and your family to take some time out of your hectic schedules to relax, enjoy, and listen to the Morning Songs of the marshes and islands. Owners will allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet rent for the first dog is $150.00 and the additional pet is $50.00. There will be a pet security deposit in the amount of $100 charged.

We enjoyed the house, especially the pier. Easy drive to the beach, town, and activities. Was able to crab and kayak from the pier. Could see the sunrise, sunset, and rocket launch from the upper deck. We could’ve used an additional bed (based on guest relationships), but would be willing to return.

We've stayed at many places on the island over the last few decades. Morning Side has a fantastic location on the island. The view is amazing from the back deck and we spent many hours out there as a family which was wonderful. The property management crew made our check-in easy and dealt promptly with issues that came up during our stay. Very easy to work with. For us the house would have worked best for two families and not three as the library/bedroom wasnt as nice as the two waterfront ones. House feels lived in but had lots of games for the kids and views for adults. Would stay again.

Such a pleasure to awaken each morning with coffee on the deck and beautiful sunrise views over the bay. We loved the dock - enjoyed fishing, crabbing, boating, kayaking, and relaxing. The house location is close to the beach, biking, ice cream, sandy pony donuts, mini golf, and more. We left feeling very much at peace!
