Had a really nice stay. Surprised about the bad reviews. The room was clean, the staff friendly and prompt - even let me check in early since my bed was ready.

The staff were very friendly. That's the only reason I'm giving it a score of 6.
First of all, we tried paying with three different credit cards, and for all of them, the status showed as "pending merchant confirmation." The payment was only accepted via debit card, yet even then, I received an alert stating the payment hadn't gone through. Upon arrival, communicating with the person responsible for handing over the key was difficult. Furthermore, we were given a different room than the one we had booked because the air conditioning in the original room was broken. Over the following days, we found cockroaches in the room, the floor was damaged, and the pool was so dirty we couldn't use it. The bathroom always smelled bad. The mattress was worn out and saggy, causing terrible back pain. If you have a car, parking access is limited; it involves a steep incline that could damage your vehicle.
