The apartment was clean, warm, well kitted out, the list of facilities was indeed accurate. Comfortable walking distance from city centre, shops, restaurants, local and national authorities. The host was very accommodating, communication was clear and pleasant.
If I have to nitpick, the sofa wasn't the most comfortable. Can't think of much else though.

Very well-equipped, with working TV, tea/coffee in the kitchen, shampoo in the bathroom, hairdryer, etc. Very good location and easy to find, near the train station but also the city center. Host was very communicative and check-in/out went smoothly.
