    It's a business hotel, so it's only to rest, shower and sleep in. And it delivers. What makes this place great are the warm and friendly staff, they are genuine and interested in having a chat and making your stay great.

    We can recommend Kokostay. Ery friendly staff. The breakfast was above the usual standard when it comes to taste and flavor. It was not a buffet style. We had the Japanese breakfast and truly enjoyed it.

    日立駅から徒歩圏内で便利な場所にあります 食事なしのプランでしたが、繁華街も近くコンビニも日立駅前にあるので、食事には困りません コインランドリーは一回￥２００で、フロントで精算して洗剤を渡されます ホテル横にあるので一旦外に出なくてはならないこと、 洗濯機と乾燥機がそれぞれ別なので洗濯終了後に乾燥機に移す必要があること、その辺りが少し手間です 少し離れた立体駐車場を利用しましたが、案内看板に記載されている精算機の場所が分かりにくかったです(この件はホテルとは関係ない話ですね) 充電器を用意し忘れたのですが、部屋にTypeＣの充電コードがあったので助かりました フロントや清掃の方など、ホテルスタッフの皆さんは感じが良くて好印象でした 焼きそばやおにぎりを予約販売してくれるサービスも嬉しい限りです
