Airy vaulted ceilings in this 3 bedroom end-unit condominium just add to the sense of space and light. We strive for a sense of welcoming and comfort in our vacation paradise. The Pelican Preserve Community has incomparable amenities ranging from two outdoor pools and hot tubs; indoor pool, pickle ball and tennis, outdoor concerts, movies, billiards room, two on-grounds restaurants, great gym facilities and fitness classes. This is all set among nature trails. And when you are done - come home to a fully equipped condo with a newly renovated kitchen and primary bath; a king sized primary; king size guest room; and a den with a queen murphy chest bed.

We had a great time at Pelican Preserve. The condo was spacious and was well stocked with everything we needed. It is in a perfect location within walking distance of the Town Center where everything (pickleball, theater, card room, fitness center, swimming pools, etc) is located. Suzanne was very helpful in not only walking us through the rental process but with helpful hints along the way of how we could most enjoy our stay. We made several friends in a short period of time and are looking forward to returning.

We stayed for the month of December to decide if we wanted to possibly purchase in Pelican and to get away from the Midwest winter. The condo was exactly as described and has all you need to call it home for a long stay. Suzanne provided all we needed to know for each step in the rental process along with helpful tips. The only issue we had during the stay was with water pressure. The owner said there had been work on the water lines right before we arrived so hopefully this is just a temporary problem. The development is well maintained with plenty of bike and walking paths. We did not use the facilities much but what we saw (pools, tennis courts, preserve areas, bar) was in excellent condition. The community was very friendly. We would definitely recommend the condo to enjoy Pelican and all it's ammenities. Thank you Suzanne!

The condo was lovely. It was very comfortable and met all of our needs. The location was perfect for getting to the Town Center to enjoy all the amenities.
