About this house rental

The beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen is located between Rostock and Kühlungsborn. A nice place to spend the holidays or vacation on the Baltic Sea.

Here is our cozy bungalow, which offers enough space for four people.

The bungalow has a spacious living room with a modern open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.

In just 15 minutes you can walk to the beach, there are several shops in Bad Doberan or Rostock (each 10 minutes drive).

Please note:
For organizational reasons, the bed change is always on Sundays. So arrival and departure day is on Sunday.

The beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen is located between Rostock and Kühlungsborn. A nice place to spend the holidays or vacation on the Baltic Sea.

Here is our cozy bungalow, which offers enough space for four people.

Dier Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Es gibt viele Details und wir haben nichts vermißt. Küche, Sonnenschirm, Bad, Waschmaschine, Fahrräder, Sandspielzeug und vieles mehr. Bitte bei Bezug auf jeden Fall an die Bettwäsche inklusive Laken denken (Das war bisher die erste FeWo wo wir das selber mitbringen mußten). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir planen auf jeden Fall wieder zu kommen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Umgebung ist ruhig. Man ist in der Nähe anderer interessanter Städte und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und modern. Einzig das Wlan hätte schneller und stabiler laufen können, aber zum Emails checken hat es meist gereicht.

Das Bungalow ist geräumig, hat alles was man braucht und ist ihn neuwertigem Zustand (der Fußboden ist gerade mal ein halbes Jahr alt). Selbst zwei Fahrräder in gutem Zustand können mit genutzt werden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, man wohnt etwas abseits vom Dorfzentrum (alles ist aber gut zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad zu erreichen). Wir haben uns super entspannen können und waren sehr zufrieden.

Nette Vermieter, tolle Unterkunft. Leider war bei unserer Anreise nicht gereinigt und die bestellten Wäschepakete waren nicht in der Unterkunft zu finden. Haben dann selbst sauber gemacht und konnten auf andere Bettwäsche zurückgreifen.

Schlechte Reinigung des Innenbereiches, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, starker Geruch von Farbe oder Chemie im Innenraum, Schimmel im Bad, Grill wegen Verdreckung nicht nutzbar, Pfanne verschließen. Keine Hilfe vom Vermieter trotz ausführlicher Beschwerde. Gut war die Küche und die Sitzecke.

sehr schöner Bungalow, mit allem was man braucht. Modern eingerichtet und nichts "zusammen gewürfelt". tolle Küche! Gaze an den Fenstern=TOP!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Konnten unsere Fahrräder gut nutzen. Schöner Strand (Steinig und Sand) Der Ort war nicht zu überlaufen. Alles ganz schnuckelig. :-)

Wir hatten in dem Bungalow eine sehr entspannte Zeit weg vom Großstadtstress. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, in der Fewo ist alles was man braucht. Idealerweise auch eine Waschmaschine. Mit dem Rad ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand und durchquert dabei den wunderschönen Gespensterwald. Das Bungalow steht in einer Anlage mit 20 ähnlichen. Zwischen den einzelnen Bungalows ist genügend Abstand.
