It is beautiful and close to beach. The condo was spacious, clean and well maintained.
The ice maker was broken. The huge bathroom was all open with no privacy for the toilet. The pool was closed with a no swimming sign from EPA. The pool code was changed when it reopened our last day.

The complex was beautiful. Pool area and access to beach was amazing. The condo has a lot of poor conditions that need to be fixed. And it should not be rented as it is!
Hampton 6107 unit is in need of several repairs. Owners have neglected it and should not be on your list

Large 2 bedroom condo on the beach in a great location
Shower faucet in master bathroom did not work so until management could find a plumber we could not shower the first 2 days out of 5 days. When we arrived the condo was infested with fruit flies. Management came the second day and poured Clorox in the drains but did not help. I bought flying insect spray and that got rid of most of them.
