RESIDENCE SERENITY Lourdes

The staff were lovely and it was clean ,but very little kitchen appliances ,no extra sheets or pillows ,also we got wrong code to door so we had to wait about 20 /30 minutes to enter apartment ,no washing materials like washing up liquid ,sponges ,etc I had to buy everything when I arrived for cleaning this is always provided in the apartment ,but overall nice apartment and close to santuary

When we arrived to apartment they were no toilets roll ,it was a long journey so we didn't fancy looking for a shop as we were traveling for hours . Also no kettle ,there was only one tea towel and we had to request large towels .also we did not know about the stairs we were on the top floor which was a lot of steps with the kids if I had known I would of requesting different apartment specially bringing shopping and buggies.

Un mal entendido que tubinos al princpio, y no podia comunicarme con la.persona responsable, despues de recibir un correo.con las claves, al.llegar y ponerlas no funcionaban, tubimos que llamar y gracias al traductor de google, nos entendimos. Tebia qye hacer un deposito que reciperaria a los 7 dias mas o menos. Yo no entendia si ya me habian mandado las claves, por que eso despues. Llevamos una persona mayor que no se encontraba bien. Lo hice lo mas rapido que pude y me madnaron las nuevas claves en el acto. Ya recuepre el deposito, despues de este mal entendido la experiencia fue bastante buena.

De ruimte was super fijn

The check in was very stressful. I ended up getting information to check in to another apartment that was inhabited by a family and it was a little before midnight and after calling the host a few times to try to explain that I had the wrong apartment and the lockbox code didn’t work, she only spoke French so the check in was very stressful. I also had to pay a security deposit that I was weary of and wasn’t explicitly stated on Booking.com before getting the right lock box and right apartment in the middle of the night with 1% battery left. So because I had to have a hold on my card with the security deposit i took pictures of the apartment before I settled in.
