Probably the best hostel to stay in Caceres historic center . The place is new , secured , organized and very clean ! Thank you Tamara 🙏😊.

Just add a hand soup in the sharing bathrooms , please. It's easy to accomplish.

The hostel is in an excellent location in the old town, although it might be a little difficult to reach for people with heavy luggage. I travel light with a small backpack so I walked from the bus station and reached the hostal in 25 minutes. The hostel is staffless and they sent me the access codes in advance after I did online check-in. Entering the facilities, finding my room and my bed was smooth. I found a small breakfast kit in my locker on arrival and every day I stayed. The room was spacious with only 6 beds and big lockers to fit large suitcases. There was a sink and shower in the room and toilets were nearby. Everything was very clean! The bed was comfortable and had a courtrain for privacy. I had my own lamp and a pouch to put my glasses, phone, etc. Towels were included. There's a common area with a kettle, microwave and a fridge and I had the chance to meet nice travelers who shared some food with me. There's a rooftop with great views of the city. This is a great hostel and I highly recommend it. Thanks for everything!

Located in a very quiet place within the old city. Rooms are new and clean.

There is no reception staff, you just have to communicate through intercom and they will give you passcodes to enter the main doors and to your room doors. That exactly was the problem, they are not attentive and you have to wait for quite sometime and had to call several times. They gave passcodes that wouldn't work and it was very hard to contact them. Checking-in took about an hour (even though I was the only one checking-in), several frustrating unanswered calls, and even emails to booking.com for assistance as the hotel was not responsive.
