AResidential vacation guests have the opportunity to enjoy world class hotel services and amenities at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. Payment of daily resort fees, not included in the rental rate, is required to gain access to these amenities, but is not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental. Hotel services and amenities include:

- Resort-wide Charge Card and Account
- Club Concierge Services, dedicated to creating special experiences for all registered guests
- Hotel Pools and Services (Access to pool deck chaise lounges is restricted for all residential rental guests during periods of peak occupancy. Beachfront and pool deck adjacent chaise lounge seating available at all times)

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees, paid directly to the resort, are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest.
PLEASE NOTE: The Four Seasons has a strict rule that only 4 people total and that includes infants and children may occupy this 2 bedroom Villa. They will not allow 5. Your reservation will be canceled if you do not supply accurate guest information on the reservation request.

This is a beautiful condo, but one of the closest units to the highway. Don't count on leaving the windows open as the highway noise starts early in the morning from large trucks and muffler-less cars that so many losers on the B.I. are driving these days (while the local police do NOTHING about these ridiculously noisy vehicles).
We didn't notice at the time of booking, but checkout is TEN A.M.! That's unrealistic - and if you do the math that means you're paying 25% more for the final day, by renting for only 18 hours instead of 24. The property mgr. did allow us an extra 90 minutes but only after we complained...
