About this house rental
Pumpkin Hollow Tree Top Home. Great private get away home. 3 bedrooms, Two Bathrooms and one open room/common area with two twin beds. This home is on the hill side, when you are on the deck it is if you were in the trees. Conveniently located between the cities of Knoxville, Clinton and Norris TN. A real private place. Local Attractions, the City of Norris, Norris Dam, Clinch River and Norris Dam State Park. There is a lot to do, or you can do nothing too! Just as reminder that there is an extra fee for more than 4 guests. If you have questions, please ask.

Our stay was excellent. Home was just as described, actually much bigger than we expected when you consider the downstairs sleeping areas! Very clean and furnished with everything we needed. Quiet, peaceful... Especially enjoyed the mornings on the very spacious porch and truly felt you were up among the treetops. Quiet countryside but only 5-10 minutes to main roads/highway. Communication with William was very easy and fast. He made sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again.

The Treehouse at Pumkin Hollow was such a great place. It was well stocked and offered a quiet serene place to enjoy family who lived nearby. The surroundings felt like we were in the mountains. Although we didn't use all of them, there were quite a number of places to sleep for larger groups. We grilled out twice and enjoyed the fire pit one night. My best memory of it was while we were there it rained and I enjoyed sitting on the deck and hearing the rain hit the tree leaves. It was so calming. We will definitely plan to rent the Treehouse at Pumpkin Hollow when we visit Knoxville in the future.

William was great to communicate with. The unit was clean. Plenty of space to move around in. Love the deck to sit out even when it was raining. Conveniently located also would stay again

Property was in great location. Close to Norris Lake and Museum of Appalachia. We also visited family in Clinton.
Place was clean and we really appreciated that.
We were disappointed with the couch and loveseat. They sank when you sat in them.
We had to get the kitchen chairs or put pillows on the couch and loveseat.
Hopefully that will get replaced asap.
