Paradise is the best way to describe this 2 br, 2.5 bth townhome in a prime North Naples location! One mile from Vanderbilt Beach, and across from vibrant Mercato Shopping Center with top restaurants & shops! The Publix supermarket plaza is also across the street! This beautiful townhome features upgraded kitchen and bths, newer appliances and fabulous hw floors throughout! The king sized mattresses are reclinable! Flat screen tv's in living room, and bedrooms! Close to the heated outdoor pool!

Loved our stay at Pelican Ridge. Friendly neighborhood. Enjoyed Vanderbilt Beach and area restaurants and shops. Located between Bonita Springs and downtown Naples allowed us to enjoy a wide range of restaurants. The king size beds were comfy and condo was very roomy. We grilled some dinners in and ate on the screened in lanai. There are 2 neighborhood pools with plenty of seating. The beach was great made so by the bountiful chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and beach toys. We used the bicycles to go to nearby park with tennis courts and even rode to the beach a couple times. We couldn’t have asked for more attentive owners. We’ve already booked again!

Very clean, new looking, all hardwood.
Great location close to Mercado.
The hosts were nice, communicative and accommodating.
2 1/2 baths with a tub makes it easy.
Nice kitchen.

Townhouse is in a small development, in a great location and close to lots of stuff. It's a short walk to restaurants ( Longhorn and the Crust pizza are just across the street). Publix grocery store is a 2 minute drive. There arebeautiful housing areas to take walks in nearby. The beaches are very close. Marilyn the property manager was great, very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were good and if we needed anything. Upon arriving the first day, the house wasn't throughly cleaned, and we discovered food left in pantry, fridge and cabinets from previous guests. The house needs a little work as the toliets are loose and rock and the plumbing fixtures are also loose. There is no cable TV, but it does have a smart TV, so watched Netflix and Prime. Beds were very comfy, but the sheets were a little thin. Could use some brighter lights. All in all, a good place.
