Bien situé, au cœur du village, mais donnant à l’arrière de l’immeuble, au rdc, on a l’impression d’être dans la rue, tous les habitants de l’immeuble ayant la possibilité de sortir par la porte arrière qui est collée à la fenêtre du studio, aucune intimité.
En ce qui concerne l’équipement, médiocre, pas d’autre lumière que celle du plafond, outils de cuisine insuffisants, une plaque de cuisson en panne, …..
Dans l’ensemble, rapport qualité / prix : acceptable.
